Refunds for design work
A draft of the current approach to deposits, completed work and unused prepayments.
Draft for review. The written project agreement and applicable consumer laws may also apply.
Deposits and completed work
Deposits and payments for work that has been completed are non-refundable.
Unused prepaid work
Unused prepaid work can be refunded. If a project ends before all prepaid work is used, contact me so we can confirm what work has been completed and what portion remains unused.
How to request a refund
Email madebykhizar@gmail.com with your name, project details and the unused prepaid work you are asking about. We will review the project agreement and the work completed before confirming any eligible refund.
This policy does not remove rights that cannot be excluded by the laws that apply to you. Any different terms agreed in writing for a particular project should be read alongside this policy.
